In keeping with this goal, the Center for Health Promotion—in affiliation with St. Joseph Hospital Affiliated Physicians and St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group — provides a variety of programs and support groups to help patients and their families build and maintain a healthy, happy lifestyle.
