If you are you new to Medicare and need information about your insurance options or if you are already enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan and want to join the St. Joseph Hospital Affiliated Physicians (SJHAP) family, we encourage you to attend one of our Medicare meetings. We also welcome those who are assisting a loved one with their Medicare decisions.
SJHAP is pleased to offer free Medicare meetings to our members and the community. In addition, we have partnered with Raul Morales of Senior Outreach Network to provide individual consultations to help you or a loved one select the right Medicare Advantage Plan that meets your medical and financial needs.
